Marketing Campaigns Manager

My healthcare client is expanding and seeks a Marketing Campaigns Manager to provide hands-on leadership and execute marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities: 


1.    Direct a small team focused on PR, communications, web, and digital marketing, ensuring a strong, cohesive presence.
2.    Spearhead sharp multi-channel campaigns and content strategies, including PR, ads, email, and social media.
3.    Lead dynamic social media strategies: setting clear objectives, prioritizing projects, and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration.
4.    Work closely with the team for seamless campaign integration across channels, and ensure that the brand, design, global launches, tradeshows, and sales support all sync.
5.    Track campaign performance, delivering concise reports and actionable insights for better results.
6.    Liaise with cross functional group to ensure content passes through necessary Regulatory, Quality, and Legal checks, maintaining compliance.


Essential Qualifications:


  • BS degree in Marketing, Business, or similar. 
  • Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and motivated to see a project from start to finish. 
  • Exceptional project planning and management, coupled with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve goals within deadlines and effectively manage projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. 


Preferred Experience:

  • 8+ years marketing experience, ideally in healthcare.
  • Developing direct reports and effectively managing projects.
  • Creative process including concept development, messaging and copy, and working with designers to execute creative vision.
  • Strategy, concept development, copy, and execution of various channels including video and web advertising preferred.
  • Creating and measuring metrics and making adjustments accordingly.


Additional Points:

 --This is a full time position based in Pittsburgh and will be hybrid (in office 3-4 days/week).

--Salary is commensurate with experience.
