HR Manager
My healthcare client seeks a Manager of Human Resources in a generalist role to support their 70+ employee firm.
Manager of Human Resources
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide support to employees and management in relation to recruiting efforts, performance management, employee relations, benefits, wage and salary administration, and general employment matters.
- Offer professional level advice and counsel to supervisors and managers across entire range of employee relations and organizational matters including performance management, employee relations, corrective actions, dispute resolution, recruitment and retention.
- Partner with management team to assist with understanding and applying HR tools to maximize employee performance and to achieve organizational effectiveness and legal compliance.
- Review policies and procedures recommending modifications as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for information on 401(k) plan, benefits issues and paid time off programs.
Essential Qualifications:
--BS degree and 10+ years of demonstrated Human Resources experience.
--Success in the areas of employee relations, recruiting/staffing, performance management, and compensation.
--SPHR or PHR is desired.
Additional notes:
--This position is in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
--This is a mostly onsite position.
