Since 2000, Ms. Boehner has focused her recruiting efforts in the biotech, pharma, and medical device industries. As an Executive Recruiter, Ms. Boehner has built a solid reputation in the industry with entry level to executive level placements in discovery through commercial roles including all facets of research, preclinical development, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, operations, program management, business development, marketing and sales.
Ms. Boehner is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BS degree in Chemical Engineering. She has also earned several coaching certifications, including Life Coach Training with Alan Cohen and Optimize Coach with Brian Johnson. Prior to her recruiting career, she spent several years in the pharmaceutical and petroleum industries as a chemical engineer.
